Blueberry Oats

You can use this Warm Overnight Blueberry Oats recipe to increase your zinc levels as soon as you wake up in the morning. This recipe can be made with dairy or dairy-free yogurt and milk. Serves one.
C = cup
T = tablespoon
t = teaspoon
Ingredients
  • ½ C gluten-free oats
  • ½ C almond milk
  • 1 T dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 t maple syrup
  • ¼ C blueberries
  • ½ t maca powder (optional)

Instructions
  1. In a breakfast bowl, add the oats, milk, yogurt, maca powder (optional), maple syrup, and combine. Cover and place it in the fridge overnight, or for a minimum of 3 hours.
  2. Once the oats have soaked, add the blueberries and a dash of water to a pan on medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until soft and pour over oats.
